A Newer Agent will "NET" $70,000 - $100,000 per Year or MORE!

The right person will be driven, ambitious, have a positive attitude and be a team player.
A minimum of 1 year experience is preferred but if you're committed, we will train the right person.
Set your own goals but most of our agents want a minimum of 2 transactions per month! Our whole system ensures you do at least that!
Our Top Agent put 5 clients under contract IN OCTOBER! We consistently average over 2 transactions per agent / per month!

We Are Redefining How Real Estate Teams Operate

Our leads are not “cold." They actually want to talk to you. They are incoming to you. You’re not cold calling through the phone book or around listings.
These leads aren’t wishful thinking. We are already generating these leads but we don’t have enough agents to help them (we receive 15 to 25 new motivated leads every day).
You must join our team, be a full-time licensed real estate agent and follow our proven system to receive these leads.
Our agents work 40 – 50 hours per week and they all have goals to make $100,000+ this year!
You need to be available on nights and weekends. We don’t want you to work every night or every weekend but you have to be available when your clients are. Your schedule is fairly flexible; we just need to be able to bend around our customers and their schedules.

Here’s what you can count on:
2 to 4 closings each month or more. The systems and processes to make you successful backed by our unwavering team support.
Being a part of a group of like-minded professionals all working towards a common goal that can’t be accomplished without YOUR success.
Consistent income and the coaching and support to ensure it stays that way.
Competitive commission structure and most of your costs are paid for.
LEADS! Consistent prescreened, qualified leads delivered to you on a daily basis. You will have an actual appointment set to call them.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $100,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:
Contact all listing leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure great customer service
Always be networking to help acquire new business
Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Build relationships with prospective clients

Qualifications:
Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Team player invested in the success of others
Self-motivated and self sufficient
Quick on your feet and good at problem solving
Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Desire to create a HUGE real estate business
