CACI is the winner of a new long-term contract with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) for Transport & Cybersecurity Services (TCS) contract. The functional capabilities are to provide the information technology (IT) infrastructure services required to deliver timely, relevant, and accurate GEOINT in support of national security. TCS will provide innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA GEOINT mission.

What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is looking for a Technical Writer II to join our team. This role will write and edit technical documentation for all of the project’s hardware and software to include installation, configuration and how-to documentation.
More About the Role:
Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation
Ability to write multiple types of documents to include PMO and Engineering items
Creates code documentation for software; produces implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities; provides field, data definition, and data flow documentation and formats technical publications from pamphlets, technical drawings, and consultations with technical personnel and other available resources
Requires minimal guidance and direction from more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers.
Provide procurement services for usable end items as part of base services.
Provide procurement and integrated logistics and receive accountable assets and non-accountable assets as part of base services.
Provides guidance to lower level technicians and specialists
Cybersecurity Readiness Services, track orders and directives
Audit support services, receive and record the number of audits
Cybersecurity Performance Evaluation services, record the number of evaluations
Cyber Tradecraft Services, training development product tracking and record the number documents, workflows, checklist, operating procedures, and diagrams
Documentation Development Services; track Cyber CDRL, preform technical editing of CSOC documents
Subscriber Management Services; tracking of Security Plans, develop, update, and maintain all Mission Relevant Cyber (MRT-C) documents’
Identify, track, maintain all metrics and reporting pertaining to CSOC performance
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen with an Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Take/pass a counterintelligence polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field
6+ years’ experience working in Technical Writing
Writes and edits technical documentation for all of the project’s hardware and software to include installation, configuration and how-to documentation
