Cullen Management, LLC, is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant to answer the corporate phone line and handle administrative tasks in our Wytheville office. The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing, organized and have a strong desire to help others. The position reports to the Office Manager and supports both management and staff in the several locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Greeting clients and visitors and making them feel welcome
  • Assist Human Resources with employee-related tasks
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Filing and scanning as needed
  • Organizing and maintaining common office areas
  • Performing general office assistant duties and errands
  • Assist with coordinating office events and meetings
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Ability to display a high degree of judgment, discretion and confidentiality
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • 1+ years of experience as an office or administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel and Word
  • Warm personality and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well with limited supervision
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for errands
  • Experience with arranging travel is preferred
