Role Profile - Client Support Consultant
Client Support Consultants are responsible for managing the day-to-day activities associated with delivering MedeAnalytics’s hosted business analytics services to our clients. The Client Support Consultant will provide support for the successful execution of all client services including specification gathering and writing, implementation, training, enhancements, and ongoing service support. The role will involve liaison with clients and with our software engineers. The candidate must be a highly organized, energetic person who can think strategically, translate business objectives into specifications and project plans, and execute the plans with precision.
This position will report to the Head of PMO in the UK and will be home based, coming in to the London offices at least once a week. They will play a key role in a rapidly evolving customer based services organisation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and execute the MedeAnalytics solution deployment to assigned client(s), including solution definition and development specification, testing and implementation of ongoing service enhancements to assigned clients.
Understand client wants/needs and work with MedeAnalytics engineering team to recommend, design, and deliver product enhancements and solutions. Manage all customer product Service Requests.
Build and manage relationships at all levels within client organisations. Establish trust and rapport with senior leadership, operational managers and application end-users.
Directly work on MedeWorks in association with the Mede/Analytics’s engineering team to upload regular data feeds as well as translate business rules and disparate data into deliverable product enhancements and solutions.
Identify and track all issues and risks associated with the delivery of client services resolving these.
Perform business analytics on the customer’s data, using the MedeAnalytics application, to help identify areas for the customer’s highest need for focus and/or opportunity for return on investment.
Monitor customer utilization and develop strategies to increase usage and adoption of the application within the account.
Manage and deliver end user training on site or via virtual web based sessions
Understand and monitor the quality and integrity of customer’s source system data.
Perform analysis and suggest enhancements to the data being extracted from source systems.
Skills, Experience and Education:
Project management experience within health information related projects.
NHS / private Healthcare industry operations knowledge within the UK and healthcare related data knowledge are essential.
Functional design and data analysis skills.

Availability for UK wide travel to client sites as required
