As the first point of contact for the NIHTC, the Receptionist/TA will provide customer service support in directing individuals with inquiries about NIHTC training, room rentals, retreats or other aspects of the training center to the correct Training Coordinator or Program Manager as appropriate.
Generate weekly classroom schedules using LMS for distribution to the COR, Program Managers, Project Manager, and Training Coordinators.
Compile instructor packets including the class roster, evaluation forms, classroom guidelines, door signs and instructions for the instructor.
Coordinate with TC’s to post door signs and place instructor packets in the appropriate classroom.
Support the LMS class schedule by assisting students and instructor in prep
Assist with Acquisition courses waitlist and serve as a limited backup for TC
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Enter evaluation data into an Excel based database program on an as needed basis.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing closed out folders, faxing, typing correspondence, and other duties as requested by the Project Manager that relates directly to the Training Coordinator position.
