Essential Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for the email platform acting as the Subject Matter Expert by managing operations (i.e. inbox deliverability, data feeds, mobile metrics) and experience in SFMC products such as AMPscript, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Web Studio, Automation Studio & Journey Builder.
Essential Duties
- Assist in contributing to Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution architecture and recommendations.
- Complete technical production and deployment activities including but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Execute the day-to-day email operations to ensure all steps related to email campaigns have been completed with accuracy and timeliness.
- Work with Salesforce, support vendors and internal technical staff to troubleshoot and apply new features, upgrades and patches.
- Perform Administrator functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, etc.
- Assist with REST/SOAP API implementation and system integrations.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Information Technology.
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and its capabilities in relationship to Salesforce.
- Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
- In depth knowledge and experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Moderate to advanced knowledge and expertise with Intelligence Reports (automation, dashboards, pivot tables, queries) and all aspects of Mobile Studio
- In depth knowledge of journey builder (entry sources, activities, messages, flow control, customer updates, and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud activities), publication and suppression lists, attribute groups, and data views.
- General understanding of Litmus and its core capabilities

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (nice to have)
