Baseline Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Familiarity with construction industry jargon preferred
  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software programs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to lift & move up to 50 pounds

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processes material & equipment needs for customers, including:
  • Contacting vendors for availability and pricing
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Arranging for delivery of equipment/materials
  • Assisting with return of equipment at end of rental period
  • Identifying damaged equipment & quantifying shortages during return process
  • Provides administrative support for equipment and materials by:
  • Processing invoices & payments
  • Calculating, quantifying, & billing customers for expenses related to the shop/yard
  • Preparing equipment rental reports for jobsites
  • Assisting in resolution of issues and disputes with vendors
  • Delivers industry-leading customer service
