Looking for a skilled experienced Carpenter to work in the field on various caliber projects. Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans, with a good understanding of general construction practices in Marco Island. Must have the experience and tenure as a carpenter to be able to keep the job on schedule. Must have the ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and saws and properly set up staging and scaffolding as needed. Must be able to perform general carpentry framing skills as well as interior trim carpentry to include installation of cabinetry, vanities, hanging doors and door hardware, casing and trim, etc. Duties will also include demolition, jobsite protection, drywall touchup, and site cleanup.
