Job Title Education Records Associate Department Office of the Registrar Essential Functions
The primary duty of this position is to process, via evaluation and the data entry of, all college transcripts for incoming transfer and current college students. This position will also be responsible for inputting equivalents, based on an advisor’s request. Processing these transcripts in a timely manner is essential.
College transfer credit posting and the inputting of equivalencies will aid in the enrollment and graduation completion process.
Other job responsibilities will include assisting in the maintenance of the transfer evaluation system, building of PeopleSoft transfer credit rules, working in Image Now to scan academic records, and assisting with office coverage on-the-phone, through chat, and at the front counter.
This position will have the backup responsibility of posting Military Credit, AP, DSST, CLEP, and Retroactive Credit and processing Intercampus Applications.
Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Additional Duties Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Data Entry Experience
Previous customer service experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
2-3 years’ experience with a working knowledge of the Registrar’s Office or transfer credit.
