Full Job Description

B&B Facility Maintenance specializes in Commercial Refrigeration, Commercial HVAC, Commercial Kitchen equipment, Electrical and Plumbing.
Applicants need the following requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience
Clean driving record, background and drug testing
Strong work ethic & positive attitude
Good communication & ability to write invoices on company provided iPad.
Ability to write estimates, and complete the work within budget
Must have hand tools, gauges, and electrical tester. (Company provides recovery machine, vacuum pump, digital scale and larger necessary tools and equipment)
Diagnose & repair 1 to 15hp Walk-In Coolers & Freezers
Diagnose & repair self-contained + remote Reach-In commercial refrigeration units (lowboys, upright, display cases) including R134a, R404A & R290 units
Diagnose & repair RTU roof top units, economizers, make-up air, exhaust fans

CFESA certifications, Beer system, & ice machine experience are a plus!

Pay $20-$40 an hour depending on experience. Overtime available.
