RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create meaningful connections with customers and offer solutions for their needs
- Educate and inform customers of in-store specials and current promotions
- Achieve personal and store performance measures to earn bonus opportunities
- Continuously educate yourself about Jan’s products to share all available solutions
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Be a member of a team that creates a positive engaging environment that is contagious to customers and brings them back for more!

SUGGESTED SKILLS:
- Cash handling
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Basic computer/register competence
PAY:
- Jan’s Hallmark allows for adjustments based on experience and performance. We also offer bonus and incentive opportunities.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.30 - $14.30 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
