Allstate Insurance Agency Seeks Two Licensed CSR/Sales Team Members.
We are a Premier Personal Lines Agency focused on our clients. Our efforts have resulted in our becoming the largest Allstate Agency in the Kissimmee area.
Candidates should be ready to help our agency to provide the highest levels of personal and professional service. Our success is realized by meeting our clients’ total household insurance needs.
To meet our clients’ total household insurance needs our agency offers the following personal lines products:
Auto (including motorcycle, golf cart and motorhomes)
Property (including home, renter and landlord)
Other Personal Lines (including personal liability, umbrella , boat and flood)
Life / Health (including VUL, UL, term, indemnity, cancer, supplemental health and accident)
We place a premium on staff education. Product knowledge is paramount to accomplishing the agency goals of meeting all household insurance needs.
Ideal candidates are self-starters who are 220 or 440 licensed. Conducting themselves at all times in a professional manner. They must be goal-orientated and value building and deepening client relationships to ensure long-term retention of customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required and bilingual applicants are a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Extensive telephone interaction with clients to service their policies and conduct policy reviews
Consult, quote, and write insurance products for perspective clients
Cross-sell to deepen household relationships
Excellent computer skills are necessary; Excel, Outlook, Contact Manager and Comparative Rating are programs that the agency utilizes
