Position Summary
This role contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations Planning & Support, Sales & Marketing) area to support department and/or function objectives. Generally, works with a moderate amount of independence, leading a junior design team in alignment with broader business objectives.
Specific Job Summary
Responsible for brand design expertise. Ensures he/she delivers on the highest quality design solutions that meet business strategies. Works with the Creative Director, Account Director, and Copy Director to ensure alignment in creative executions. Possesses solid art direction skills and has a reputation as a great partner to internal clients by understanding client business issues and guiding clients in the right direction so the company presents quality brand messaging consistently to the consumer.

Education
College degree required
Experience
Minimum 5 years of solid design experience at an in-house creative department, advertising agency or similar organization
