LendingUSA builds strong relationships with its merchant partners by providing the tools and training necessary for them to provide the appropriate financing to customers at their point-of-need. LendingUSA also powers a proprietary network of websites that help thousands of people each month research and obtain financing for a wide range of consumer goods and services. The primary function is to create, successful relationships with clients, "merchants." Targeting and acquiring new clients through warm leads generated through the Company marketing strategies, online prospecting, and cold calling. Building client relationships to ensure satisfaction, success, and future growth. Correctly maintaining and updating company CRM database and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Tasks include, but not limited to:

  • Onboard merchants by calling on company purchased leads, internet searches, social media, cold calling and various business development techniques
  • Build relationships with professional industry organizations for the purpose of generating new clients and lead lists
  • Mentor and Coach Relationship Managers in all skill sets including but not limited to: scripts used, calling and follow up technique, closing the business, organization
  • Supervise Relationship Manager team should Team Manager be out of office
  • Train New Hires
  • Work directly with office managers and SMB owners, predominately within the health care industry over the phone
  • Own merchant relations through launch, including program changes or enhancements, new program acceptance, new process installations and complete structured follow-up call plans with all providers assigned
  • Achieve Daily Call and Talk Time metrics and monthly quota of Sales
  • Achieve high satisfaction ratings
  • Complete merchant enrollment requirements as identified by the company
  • Review terms & conditions, program guidelines with merchants
  • Assist in training merchant on the company's interface system(s), and loan process requirements
  • Maintain, and update merchant records, while fully documenting all communications and activities with merchants in Company database
  • Introduce, and close merchants on membership, link, discount and any other additional products or programs as offered from time to time by Company
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and electronic sales contracts as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested by Company

Position Requirements:

  • HUNTER – Heavy phone sales experience is mandatory
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication, phone, and business relations service skills
  • Ability to understand, and effectively describe products and programs offered by Company
  • Ability to overcome objections and close prospective merchants who produce consumer loans
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web based programs including but not limited to Google Docs
  • Ability to learn and become fluent in programs developed by or used by company daily
  • Strong organization and follow up skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to anticipate and eliminate problems prior to escalation
  • Handle merchant complaints, ability to de-escalate challenging situations prior to complaints
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple merchant accounts at the same time
  • Ability to meet department and personal goals established by Company
