How will you make an impact?

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Supervisor, Operations in Greenville, NC. This role processes Trackwise records for out of calibrations, change control, audits, and complaints. Generates functional requirement documents as needed. Processes work orders, single point lessons (SPLs), forms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in Document Management System. Manages Document Control for assigned area. Enter SAP data for batch operations. Transfers samples to Stability/Retains. Transfers samples to Labs using LIMS.

What will you do?

Documents Administration for Work Orders, SPLs, Forms, and SOPs.
Inititiates Site Change Controls.
Investigates and responds to external/internal audit findings, Out of Calibration IHR’s, and customer complaints.
Develops and updates Forms and SOPs for assigned area.
Manages Document Control (Forms, Logbooks, SOPs and SPLs) for assigned area.
Enters SAP data for batch operations.
Transfers samples to Stability/Retains and transfers sample to Labs using LIMS.
Generates Functional Requirement Documents.
Performs other duties as assigned.
How will you get here?

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience

4 or more years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and cGMP environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-starter, mature, independent and dependable.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure, able to multi-task and is results-oriented.
Effective time management and prioritization skills. Requires discretion, great listening skills and independent judgment.
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures.
Physical Requirements

Position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift, carry, move) of light to medium weights of 10-35 pounds; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and type for prolonged periods of time; visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time; ability to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear for prolonged periods of time.
