As the Global Mobility Product Owner, you will drive the product vision, help shape roadmaps, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure Converse remains at the forefront of the multichannel online and retail shopping experience for our consumers.
As a member of the extended Product Management team, the Product Owner represents the voice of the customer and Product Management Vision. You will lead the creation of world-class digital experiences for end users across Europe, North America, and Asia/Middle East. You will help define and execute the product feature’s vision and strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, and help identify market opportunities to take advantage of.
You will be responsible for the strategic development of new technology and management of existing tools that focus on the drivers of traffic, conversion, revenue growth and profitability across the Global set of Brick and Mortar Stores and our ecommerce channel. The position will work closely with Direct To Consumer Operations, Marketing and Merchandising.
Continuously communicates and executes the Product Management vision, goals and roadmap to the development teams, stakeholders and end users
Work with Product Management to understand strategic objectives, budget, epics, and Features
Understands enabler work and other technical needs and can effectively prioritize against new feature work and negotiate with architects to determine capacity proportions
Partners closely with Business Peers, Developers, Application Architects and Business Analysts
Coordinates and owns the creation of business requirement specifications
Defines the scope and schedule, coordinates, manages the testing and pilot activities
Manages, reviews and helps facilitate training materials and provides quality assurance
Management of external vendors
Identifies change management impacts, create plans for and carry out the change management activities. Manages handover to business and participates in modification of the relevant services 1-3 years experience in a product strategy role or business analyst role
1-3 years experience working with technical teams
