Groove Subaru is seeking full-time Sales Associates in Denver.
Work location: 5300 South Broadway, Englewood, CO 80113
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, off Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and Sunday

Meet, greet and negotiate with clients in ways that inspire trust and integrity.
Sell and lease new and used vehicles from dealership inventory.
Stay informed and educated on all product model features and benefits.
Actively listen to prospective clients so that the features and benefits of our products are appropriately communicated.
Possess the ability to discuss terms with clients in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining profit levels at or above stated company standards.
Treat all customers with a high degree of dignity to ensure that the purchase experience yields a very high level of customer satisfaction.
Successfully prospect potential clients through current relationships, new customers and customer referrals.
Education/Practical Experience Required: High school Diploma, Will Train the Right Individual
Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be eligible to receive a State Sales Person License
Responsible for the Following Results:
Continuously developed new and qualified customer leads.
Closed sales consistent with quotas and sales action plan objectives.
Establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction as measured by the manufacturer and dealership sponsored surveys.
Dealership facilities and lot areas available to customers maintained to quality standards.
