Position Summary
Rotex Global LLC is currently seeking a full-time Dynamics GP Administrator for our Cincinnati location. The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in development and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Candidates will be responsible for the set-up, support & maintenance of all modules in Dynamics GP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include the following):

Responsible for maintenance & upkeep of Microsoft Dynamics GP
Provides support & technical training to end users in the GP modules
Manage GP licenses & upgrades
Maintains close collaboration with vendors to ensure timely support whenever necessary
Works closely with the developers of applications to advise concerning changes on system-levels
Responsible for maintaining user access & security
Monitors the system and reviews and analyzes system logs
Resolve ERP tickets and troubleshoot intermediate level problems independently
Prioritize, plan, and track project progress and provide status reporting to the IT Director
Must be able to work flexible hours
Perform other assignments or duties appropriate to the overall responsibility of the position of GP Administrator, as requested or assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities & reports to the IT Director
Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in computer science or related degree; and a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training in an ERP system; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in information systems
