The IT BDS Business Partner Team is looking for a highly motivated, forward-thinking a First Line Manager to join our team in Richardson, Texas!

This position integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis.

Responsibilities:
Develop project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquire resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develop and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Develop projects or operational plans aligned to the department's objectives.
Manage multiple budget lines.
Implement plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved. Review plan execution, makes appropriate adjustments, and resolves issues.
Monitor appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan and forecasts resource needs and obtains and manage personnel, facilities, services, software and software licenses, equipment and tools to meet project and daily operating requirements.
Coordinate with providers to achieve timely delivery of resources.
Establish partnerships and relationships with internal customers, stakeholders and peers.
Convey organizational messages to facilitate the accomplishment of workgroup, project or process goals.
Proactively communicate with employees, peers and customers, keeping others informed by communicating project status, conducting and participating in team meetings, providing presentations and listening to employee concerns and suggestions.
Implement policies, procedures and documents to ensure consistent execution of processes within workgroup in support of Boeing and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve work-related products and processes within own workgroup, project or process.
Recognize contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction and retain a skilled and motivated workforce.
Enforce company rules and policies regarding ethical behavior, safety, security, use of company property, time charging, etc.
Coach, counsel, mentor and provides developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities.
Provide on-going developmental feedback.
Applicants must have a current Top Secret Security clearance. Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain program access. Program access request will be initiated after the applicant's acceptance of the contingent offer.

This position is contingent based on the applicant's ability to obtain the required program access in a time frame established by program management.

This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Management, Information Security, or other Computer Science-related field
Minimum 3 years of Information Technology leadership experience
Experience leading employees involved in multiple engineering disciplines
Experience producing and executing a Technical Information Technology plan
Experience working across multiple Engineering disciplines
Training to work in multiple Security Classification levels
Current Security+ or CISSP certification within the past three years prior to hire date
Familiarity with NIST SP 800-37, Risk Management Framework, the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), and NIST SP 800-53, Rev 4, Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Information Technology Management, Information Security, or other Computer Science-related field
Prior military experience
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
