Project Manager/NetSuite Administrator ERP/CRM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Has an understanding of all ERP and CRM instances at CSA and oversees change management, development and quality delivery.
  • Drive project execution activities from initiation through post go-live support
  • Selects coaches and develops staff to form a project team. Manages performance; recognizing achievement and providing feedback. Sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team.
  • Primary interface with customer stakeholders to successfully impact their technology roadmap.
  • Support and help prioritize projects requiring changes to ERP/CRM systems and interfaced systems.
  • Overseeing and prioritizing resource workload for current programs, and enhancement/change requests.
  • Coordination of development and deployment of new processes and system configuration to meet business needs
  • Measure performance, develop improvement plans, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement of service delivery capabilities.
  • Deliver on department objectives in alignment with business strategy.
  • Effectively manage delivery of ERP and CRM solutions to support business growth.
  • Provide training to users as it relates to new ERP/CRM implementations and ERP/CRM enhancements.
  • Active listener with ability to communicate with all team members (internal & external) including project management concepts, value statements, and high level technical concepts.
  • Build relationships/alliances with vendors, department leadership, and project teams.

Qualifications and Preferred Requirements

  • 5 years experience in a consulting environment, preferably w/NetSuite
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience
  • Proven experience managing internal technology solutions deployments
  • Proven success in leading at least 10 large projects from concept to deployment
  • Bachelor degree with a business or technology focus and/or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project Management Certification (minimum of working towards completion of PMI certification)
  • Proven experience managing ERP or CRM implementations ( NetSuite, GP, SL, NAV, CRM; SalesForce, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Ross, BaaN, QAD etc.)

Working Hours:

  • This is a full time salaried position that may require weekend work.
