What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:
Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, responsive, and responsible environments. Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve peoples’ lives. This position oversees the international support team from order entry to export, ensuring a superior customer experience every time. This role is responsible for customer escalations, meeting committed ship dates to our customers, driving customer satisfaction levels and supporting the automation improvements within customer support and export.

Responsibilities:
Lead the day to day of our international support team from order entry to export.
Monitor team’s productivity to meet or exceed targets set on response time, delivery reliability, shipment volume, customer satisfaction, etc.
Responsible for international outbound transportation and ensures team is complaint with export regulations for documentation and documentation retention.
Work closely with forwarders and carriers for freight rates, SOP’s, and any service issues that may arise.
Clearly communicate team’s short-term and long-term goals so all are aligned.
Provide timely feedback and coaching to team members.
Provide monthly forecast reports for sales and finance.
Build relationships with our international customers and remain aligned on their current import requirements, critical projects, etc. via weekly calls.
Work cross-functionally to support on internal execution of non-standard order requests and critical customer projects.
Maintain process documentation for team training and reference.
Lead or participate in digitalization and automation process improvement projects.

Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years customer service experience
Minimum of 3 years supervisory level experience
Proficient in common communication software (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
Highly preferred experience includes: SAP proficient. Export or logistics background.
