The Web Graphic Designer will be responsible for determining, defining and designing graphics for digital and social media marketing, website and organization communications. This will require working collaboratively with marketing and other business teams.

This Marketing role will maintain and support our marketing technology platforms.

Responsibilities:
Partners with the marketing team to determine, identify and create website, digital marketing, social and ad concepts and designs.
Manages design projects with marketing and other business teams including review, approval and execution.

Requirements:
Expert in Adobe Photoshop, XD, Sketch, and InVision.
Proven ability to design a variety of creative graphics with a focus on end user engagement.
Proficient in HTML5 and front end of development.
Firm understanding of changing web and digital marketing technologies and design trends.
Strong understanding of creative concept development, layout, storyboards, user flows and engagement methods, etc.
Team player with strong communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Strong writing and editing skills are necessary for product copy, presentations, and other marketing material.
Ability to work with design systems and libraries.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or the equivalent in training and experience.
5+ years of digital marketing and web graphic design experience.
