Client is seeking recent graduates (finance/economics) to 2 years’ experience with strong communication skills. This is a great opportunity to get into top financial firm.

Our client is a leading global financial services firm providing wealth management, securities investment banking, wealth management and investment management services.

We have following positions available:

  • Financial analyst –Duties may include: Processing incoming and outgoing paperwork including mail; support client service associates and operational personnel; checking inbound client documents for accuracy, notating all activities on the account, and submitting accurate forms for final processing to service center; make outbound contact both in writing and verbally with clients concerning paperwork.
  • Risk Analyst -Duties may include: Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of regulatory and industry reporting and assist in addressing data requests from regulators by interpreting the scope and requirements to provide relevant metrics and reporting, Identify new opportunities to create efficiencies in monthly metrics reporting and ad-hoc queries, Improve risk indicators and metrics, performing incident analysis, addressing root causes, increasing awareness and instilling ownership and accountability, developing partnerships and developing best practices within Trading Operations.
  • Loan Trading Analyst -Duties may include: Responsible for daily life cycle Loan Trading Settlement within a dynamic portfolio of Corporate Secondary Loan positions supported by near shore and far shore resources, Reviews legal documentation to reconcile payment and data discrepancies, work with Controllers and Business Units to re-mediate P&L reporting issues.
  • Clearing & Settlement Ops -Duties may include: - Develop product and process knowledge relating to daily responsibilities - Effectively meeting daily deadlines as determined by specific responsibilities within department. - Identify and mitigate risk posed to the Firm through escalation to management
  • FX Prime Bokerage Ops -Duties may include: Monitor prime brokerage client breaks, daily allocations and trade matching across FX products (forwards, swaps, NDFs, etc), act as a primary point of contact for clients in relation to FX, assisting in maintaining and strengthening relationships.
  • OTC Deriv documentation-Duties may include: Day-to-day operational risk management associated to the documentation of OTC derivative transactions, responsibility of drafting outstanding confirmations for structured and bespoke Fixed Income Derivative Trades across various lifecycle events, management of incoming and outgoing queries with the team’s internal client base and other ad hoc confirmation documentation support for the Fixed Income Business Unit.
  • Fixed Income Trade Support -Duties may include: Understanding risk implications of fixed income operations role, ensuring all functions and procedures are performed in a timely and correct manner, i.e. trade checkout, position reconciliation, wash account reconciliation, working with trading desk, sales, and other operations group to ensure trade processing - Cross-training with other team members - Assisting on any issues, and providing timely escalation to desk and operations management
  • Client Service Associate -Candidate will support the Account Transfer team and will be responsible in supporting asset transfers between contra firms. Candidate will be responsible to quality control client paperwork received from branch offices to forward to various financial institutions for further processing. Also have the ability field phone calls from contra firm.
  • Tax Analyst -The Tax Reporting & Withholding Team collaborates daily with other Tax Operations Teams to ensure any withholding on client accounts is accurate based on the status of the clients’ tax forms. The Team is also responsible for several special projects including year end reporting, 305c, reclassification and data scrubs. Federal Tax Reform drive the need for changes, updates, remediation, and special projects.

Candidates must be willing to attend face to face interview and commit to 40 hours work week.
