We are seeking a Loan Set-up Coordinator to join our team! The coordinator will provide high-level support to our Processing team. Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of the Sales and Processing Team.
- Communicate with processors
- Acts as a problem solver to anticipate needs before they are asked.
- Order and follow up on required verifications and items needed during the loan process
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to all parties involved in our transaction
- Complete Document Request Emails within 24 hours of receipt
- Manage Closing Dates & Rate Lock Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Finance software such as Encompass
- Strong attention to detail

This is a Full-time position; Standard hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.
