Are you someone who has a passion for training/development and is willing to stop turning wrenches. Toyota of Bowie is looking for a Toyota Master Technician to overlook the development and training a group of five technicians in our growing one-of-a-kind program.
We are ranked 5th in service volume in the Central Atlantic Region and are looking for someone with a passion for helping people. Building trust with our customers is your main objective.
As an Automotive Trainer you will:
- Train technicians on maintenance services to diagnostics.
- Dispatch Repair Orders
- Carry out vehicle inspections, testing and safety checks.
- Document and maintain records of service work carried out on vehicles.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment and manuals.
- Keep abreast of technical updates and improvements relevant to the job.
Requirements:
- The most important requirement is your ability to create positive relationships (with customers and co-workers)
- Previous experience as a Toyota Master Technician is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organization skills are a must
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Pride in workmanship and strong work ethic.
