The Water Systems Electro Mechanic II has the following main responsibilities: Troubleshooting, repair, and perform preventive maintenance of Water Systems and Tank Farm equipment. Minimize Water Systems downtime through quick response to critical equipment needs. Assist level III Electro-mechanics with technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems. Support Tank Farm personnel based on Production demands. Ensures material is handled in a safe and efficient manner following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) while fully complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Environmental/Safety Regulations (e.g. Process Safety Management - PSM).
Primary Responsibility: Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance for all Water Systems equipment including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems. Assist level III Electro-mechanics with technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems Assist with equipment retrofits and upgrades. Assist on improving/updating maintenance systems by keeping spare parts inventory, updated preventive maintenance (PM) and revising/assisting to write SOP’s. Assist with executing validation protocols Deliver training material to other Electro mechanics for equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting. Provide limited work direction to Level I Electro mechanics for repairs. Working Relationships Dailies Manufacturing Electro-mechanic level III Team Leaders, Electro-Mechanics, Engineers Leads, Engineers, other Electro Mechanics Engineers, Production Management, other Electro Mechanics Other Electro Mechanics and Tank Farm personnel Maintenance Manager, Production Managers, Team Leads, EM’s, Engineers.
Troubleshoot and repair Water System and Tank Farm equipment. Maintain GMP & PSM compliance for equipment.
