POSITION SUMMARY

Perform a complete range of tasks related to the receiving of products. This position may also support other areas as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES

Unload packages from FedEx, UPS, and other methods of transportation.
Open packages and confirm orders are correct and that they match the shipment to the packing slip
Inspect all shipments for obvious damages and rejects shipments as necessary
Enter the materials into the ERP system (Manfact).
Additional duties may include supporting stockroom functions and performing cycle counts on inventory.
All other assigned duties as needed to complete business goals and objectives.
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or (GED) required.
1 – 2 years receiving experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Previous experience inputting data into an ERP system is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and will be required to wear protective clothing such as heel straps and a lab coat. The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. All of the work will be performed indoors.
