Senior Account Director for a global impact creative communications agency to lead the agency’s Lifestyle division. If you have a pulse on pop culture with experience in press, influencer, events, talent, partnerships, and account management, this exciting opportunity could be for you!

The ideal candidate is based in the NYC Metropolitan area.

This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity, offering a flexible work schedule with work-from-home (WFH) options.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development of public relations strategies for multiple lifestyle brands, including spirits, mass media, consumer electronics, and more.
- Oversee the development of news-worthy pitches, content and media angles, and events that generate coverage in nontraditional and traditional, digital and social media platforms.
- Maintain strong, positive consumer and trade media relations on behalf of the brands and company, cultivating relationships with key journalists and influencers.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with editors, celebrities and influencers while ensuring successful brand integration.
- Oversee the professional development and mentorship of direct reports, junior staff, and project teams.
- Evaluate and report on media measurement efforts, ensuring campaigns meet objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of lifestyle PR experience a MUST in agency or in-house setting.
- Experience coaching, leading, and managing the work of others.
- Strong network of media, editors, influencers, talent and agents.
- Experience working with mainstream media, social media, and national media event coordination.
- The ability to perform at both the strategic and tactical levels.
- Excellent research capabilities with robust analytical skills.
- Excellent public speaking, writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Sophisticated understanding of consumer brands, their audiences, and cultural trends.
- Proficiency in facilitating press events of all sizes, both press and customer.
- Strategic thinking abilities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Adept at business development and account management.
