EQ by Equiniti is seeking a qualified Recruiter to join our team in Mendota Heights, MN.

We need passionate and engaged individuals to help us build a team that can lead Equiniti to the same success in the US that it has had in the rest of the world.

The Recruiter role will work closely with the business to assess the skills needed and deliver quality candidates to fill open roles.

This position will manage the end to end process from identification of a requirement, management of approvals, sourcing, selection, offer production, vetting and provision of new starter information to the payroll team. Our team also utilizes offshore recruiters and sourcers based in Chennai to help us deliver the best candidates as effectively and efficiently as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Equiniti as it grows within the United States and help the business and HR team with new projects such as strategic workforce planning, talent and succession planning, looking at our employee value proposition and employee experience.

Essential duties of this position include:
Partner with the U.S. HR team and U.K recruiters to ensure performance excellence;
Day to day management of the U.S. recruitment process, (including sourcing, selection, and on-boarding) looking for ways to introduce greater efficiency and deliver cost savings, while securing high caliber talent for Equiniti.
Protection and enhancement of our employer brand to raise the profile of Equiniti as an employer of choice
Building strong talent pipelines including work with outside agencies to identify new talent
Serve as a recruiting resource for new acquisitions including supporting other HR team members through due diligence for resourcing elements;
Producing regular management information identifying trends, risks and issues including headcount forecasting, market insight, contractor utilization, board reporting and the recruitment dashboard;
Assist with the on-boarding of new talent.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a Recruiter position involved with full-cycle recruitment.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business
Experience in the Financial Services field
Strong communication skills with all levels
Previous experience working in a start-up environment
