EXPERIENCED LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Prominent Goshen law firm seeking experienced Litigation Paralegal. Applicant must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and research skills, with a high degree of proficiency in MS Office programs and legal software. Successful candidate will assist attorneys during all phases of the litigation process, from initiation of a case to the discovery period, through trial and post-trial proceedings and appeals. Support attorneys in a variety of cases including personal injury, products liability, employment law, commercial law, medical malpractice, and occasionally bankruptcy adversary proceedings and cases against municipalities. Paralegal Certification from an accredited program preferred. Competitive benefits.
