Real Estate Closing Coordinator/Paralegal
East End Law Firm has a need for a Real Estate Closing Coordinator/Paralegal. Must have experience with all facets of closings, including: preparing real estate closing documents, overseeing and managing the office closing schedule, taking initial title requests, resolving title issues, communications with banks and real estate agents, preparing and overseeing closing files, preparing post-closing documents including final title policies, answering the telephone, managing and balancing escrow accounts, and filing required yearly reports.

Qualifications:

Three years' experience handling real estate closings
Well organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
