We are looking to hire a Data Entry/ Inventory Clerk with a positive, can-do attitude!
Job Description:
Responsible for following company policies and procedures
Responsible for adhering to company safety standards and policies.
Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased, produced, delivered, and received.
Good analysis of numbers counts and corrections as to equipment moving in and out of the location.
Applies correct cycle count and other standard operations procedures at the district and company level.
Developing and fulfilling supply chain objectives.
Coordinating and handling daily operations in a timely manner.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Compiles and keeps records of quantity, type and value of material.
Good time management and organizational skills.
A good team player and able to work collaboratively.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.
Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material and computes inventory balance.
Other Information:
Must be able to work outside for inventory counts.
Must be able to sit at a desk to complete paperwork as needed.
Computer literacy is a must.
Proficiency with Excel is a must.
8 am to 5 pm – Monday thru Friday
Must be available every other weekend.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
