Bed Bath & Beyond has an outstanding opportunity for a Data Coordinator, also known as the Real Time Coordinator(RTC). The RTC is responsible for monitoring incoming workload to the Contact Centers and to reallocate resources accordingly. The RTC will be responsible for balancing all workload priorities and for meeting favorable service performance metrics. Provide day to day management of workload and staffing resource allocation.
Manage intraday staffing levels and monitor real-time adherence.
Communicate identified intraday risks to site management.
Attend weekly and daily staffing review meetings with site management and the Workforce Management team to review performance, staffing and upcoming resource requirements.
Day to day administration of scheduling software.
Update scheduling solution with scheduling exceptions, including approval of discretionary activities.
Extraordinary focus on details, accuracy and quality.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence other associates.
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to evaluate data, draw valid conclusions, and communicate findings.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Able to collaborate in a team environment with good communication and presentation skills.
Call Center or Workforce Management experience is a strong plus.
