We are seeking a Weekends & Events Promotions Coordinator, who loves all sports, has exceptional attention to detail, is full of ideas, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This Promotions Coordinator will be responsible for delivery on their assigned piece of business with oversight from the Promotions Manager.
BE HOLD! In the Promotions Coordinator, Weekends & Events role, you will work closely with a variety of departments and will work closely with other areas of the business, including Operations, Publishing, CRM, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. You will help execute promotional campaigns and drive retention through all appropriate channels.
What You Will Do:
- Assist the Digital Sportsbook promotions team in developing and executing promotions to support the growth and retention of digital sportsbook bettors.
- Support the creation of promotions briefings and keep internal logs up to date to keep external stakeholders aware of active & historical offers.
- Collaborate with Product teams to fine-tune features and streamline automation to scale.
- Assist in the weekly and monthly financial & KPI reporting for promotions as directed by Promotions Manager.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor inquiries related to digital sportsbook promotions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sports and promotional calendars.
- Track promotional and product offerings for key competitors.
- Utilize Excel and organizational skills to upload bonuses to ensure quick delivery for customers.
What You Will Need:
- 2+ years of online experience essential; ideally gained with an online Sportsbook operator.
- Ability to weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of sports, players, teams, and statistics.
- Passion for sports betting with an understanding of the industry.
- Superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights & sources to tell a compelling story.
- Proven at delivering projects against deadlines.
- Basic understanding of statistics, particularly probability and odds.
- Ability to understand league and gaming regulations.
