What You’ll Take Ownership Of:
-
Maintain IT project plans as determined in collaboration with IT leadership
-
Define project scope, deliverables and length in order to deliver successful IT projects
-
Work collaboratively with various IT teams to plan and complete projects
-
Determine necessary project resources and manage materials to assure successful project deliverables
-
Communicate project scope, status updates and changes with internal IT team along with stakeholders in order to assure successful project completion
-
Maintain detailed project schedules to allow all stakeholders awareness of project progress while also managing risk and mitigation tasks.

Provide reporting and metrics related to IT project delivery
-
Create and maintain project documentation as a part of a complete project life cycle
-
Coordinate daily with project teams to assure team members have the ability and tools to deliver on the mission of IT to support all end users with a positive experience focused on correct and timely solutions

Need-To-Haves:
-
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Or equivalent experience
-
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail
Love-To-Haves:
-
Experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

PMP or other project management certification along with proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project
