The Role:
As an Operations New Product Intern you will be responsible for NPI Playbook/ PLC streamlining, understanding end-end New Product launches as well as creating a more effective task management tool for ontime launches.

Facilitate end-end new product launches via process/tool training, and coordinates functions to take timely action and avoid ball-drop during hand-off

Resonate cross-functional teams for new product operation readiness

Inspect/ streamline NPI Playbook milestone/ deliverable logic

Training manual

Dashboard design

Data metrics automation

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

Believe in process, love dealing with people, excellent logical thinking

Program management skills

Microsoft Project logic on connector, duration, predecessor, successor

Passionate on new products

Self-motivated and fast learner

Result-driven

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Microsoft Project or Viewpath

Process mapping, flow chart. Lucidchart

Quantifying skills for measurements/ metrics

Tableau

Education: Senior in a 4-year college or new graduate, any major (Credential of program management a plus)
