Job Summary
The Presentation Specialist will be responsible for the development of presentations for capability requests, proposals, bid defense meetings, and other ad hoc presentations. The Presentation Specialist will work collaboratively with business development and the creative departments to adapt current presentations into templates (using framework/style guide) to support proposal development. In addition to the Presentation Specialist’s main responsibility supporting the business development team; the role will also support the creative department by continuoiusly updating and maintaining the master Power Point deck and supporting assets.

  • Demonstrate the mission, vision, values, and culture principles of BC Worldwide
  • Lead the development of templates that will be used for all Continuum Clinical presentations
  • Partner with business development and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to support proposal vision, goals, and objectives through design and creative presentations
  • Translate complex strategies, messages, and data into easy to understand visual language, using diagrams, graphs, maps, charts and infographics, ensuring that the value of the content is understood
  • Responsible for concept, design, and execution of presentation support for all new business opportunities
  • Deliver well-designed, branded presentations upon request from a variety of departments
  • Adhere to style guide and reinforce that proposal team authors adhere to all such style guides
  • Source and manipulate images for presentations
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the time tracking policy
  • Creative graphic designer with an exceptional eye for layout, ensuring your slides are internalized
  • Extensive knowledge of all features of PowerPoint software
  • Thorough knowledge of diagrams, graphs, maps, charts, and infographics structure with ability to represent data and to bring abstract information to life via visual graphics
  • Demonstrate excellent creativity, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Understand which details are important to the presentation and which should be omitted
  • Strong collaborator; skilled at working with senior leadership in fast-paced, sensitive, and ambiguous environments
  • Excellent listener who remains calm under pressure and can patiently help teams reach consensus

Education, Experience and Certifications
  • Demonstrated work experience with an integrated marketing communications agency required
  • 3+ years relevant experience building presentations for medium to large size companies
  • Proven ability to manipulate images using a wide range of applications including Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Visio and Dreamweaver
