We are looking for a Business Development leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive as we look to expand and grow the BlockHold advisory services across the ICO and blockchain marketplace. As the VP of Business Development, you’ll work cross functionally to develop a partner roadmap, set milestones, forecasts, and strategies and will be responsible for aligning those initiatives internally. Furthermore, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding forecasts as well as initiating new partnerships and growth initiatives.   • Responsible for finding, shaping, closing and facilitating the launch of new and existing BlockHold partnerships
  • Work with executive team to propose on and win new ICO accounts for BlockHold Capital
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and contracts for prospective BlockHold partners
  • Consult with C-suite and other senior leadership roles to develop and implement an effective enterprise wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by BlockHold’’s ICO advisory services
  • Implement business growth initiatives as developed by the executive team
  • Assist in preparation of pre-sale, scoping, proposals and contracts for prospective BlockHold partners
  • Extensive experience in reviewing and confidently negotiating deals
  • Definitive quantitative, financial, presentational, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Strong demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with all levels of an organization
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding measurable objectives
  • Deep experience in cryptocurrency and ICO industry vertical is a big plus


  • 4 year degree from a top university, MBA strongly preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience leading the business development efforts in a fast-paced environment within the banking, capital markets, or investment space
  • Strong focus on, and passion for B2B with consumer facing elements
  • Experience working on a broad range of partnership opportunities across tech and banking
  • Intuitive and analytical - you’re able to collect and use data when appropriate but you’re also able to build strong relationships with people
  • Persuasive and fluid communicator with an ability to build consensus and work in a team
  • Exceptional people skills, including verbal and written communication, and an ability to build, and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Proven track record pitching and raising capital
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Commercial awareness of the ICO marketplace and the subsequent competitors
  • Highly proficient within finance and technology
  • Ability to use automated tools such as Microsoft Office at a high level in order to present ideas, information, and reports
  • Overall great attitude
