Job Description
- Performs style consultation to decide what services best fit the client’s needs.
- Provides services to clients such as shampooing, cutting, styling, coloring, and highlighting as desired.
- Emphasizes product benefits and assists clients in selecting retail products or services for their hair care needs.
- Maintains a consistent relationship with a client base to ensure return clients.
- Maintain and work toward monthly service and retail goals.
- All employees are required to attend the monthly staff meeting.
- Display a POSITIVE attitude at all times towards both clients and other employees
- Present yourself professionally at all times, both physically and verbally.
- Provide EXCELLENT customer service on the styling floor.
- Attends and participates in continuing education and training to follow new trends and techniques.
- Proactively develop new customers; i.e., network, hand out business cards, attend events, etc.
- Maintains safety standards and cleanliness.
**We have a commission level system based on years of experience and average sales.
