Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and supervises all project construction activities, field personnel, and subcontractors to achieve project completion on schedule, within budget, and with quality that conforms to plans and specifications
- Maintains positive relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees
- Understands project plans and specifications, and identifies issues requiring clarification through requests for information
- Submits daily project reports that document job site activities and maintains a detailed three-week look-ahead construction schedule
- Tracks daily time and production for company employees and submits a labor and equipment report each week
- Conducts weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to identify and solve issues that impede progress
- Schedules inspections as necessary throughout the project
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately
- Conducts weekly safety meetings for company employees
- Maintains a tidy and organized job site, including the construction office
- Prepares, schedules, and manages the completion of a final punch list

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
