Full Job Description
To actively participate in the implementation, planning and performance of the Peer Approaches to Lupus Self-Management (PALS) project, a 5-year behavioral trial among African American women with lupus. To perform diversified duties requiring judgment and skill in the application of research protocols.
Payscale Salary Range: UNIV-Band 4: $27,527.00 - $39,228.00 - $50,930.00 (min - mid - max)
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A high school diploma and two years relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in research. Familiarity with REDCap data capturing software. Familiarity with EPIC, MUSC’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. CITI Human Subjects Research certified. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion. Ability to communicate (both verbally and written) effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to respond to workload changes, prioritize assignments, and exhibit flexibility and adaptability to the demand of the project. Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills required. Must be willing to do shift work. Must be available for on-call duty. Phlebotomy skills desired, but not required.
