Restaurant365 is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager with a passion for data and a creative eye. As a marketing ops manager, you will join a team of savvy data-driven marketers and act as both as a driver of projects and support of other initiatives across the department. This role requires you to have a strong background in providing data analysis/modeling/reporting and managing marketing technology.
How you'll add value:
Manage and configure marketing automation platform and other technologies, working closely with salesforce admin to ensure seamless integration. Own marketing’s technology and system roadmap.
Drive continuous iteration to support increased funnel efficiency, database engagement, and program success for the Marketing organization
Monitor marketing program executions, analyze program results, KPIs, conversions and ROI, and make best practice recommendations to the team based on data-driven insights through reporting and dashboards
Identify generation and implementation of test strategies to optimize programs for increased conversions and engagement
Manage data hygiene and segmentation strategy
Own the lead score, grade creation and optimization, along with sales handoff
Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives, including identification, design, and implementation of processes that unlock value and enable the team to be more effective, efficient, and deliver results
Work closely with Sales Ops on system process improvements, quarterly reporting, and goal setting
What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4+ years experience B2B marketing operations
Deep expertise with marketing automation platforms; certification a must, Pardot preferred
Deep expertise with Salesforce infrastructure, reports and dashboards. B2B MA a plus.
Familiarity with web and digital marketing tools and tactics – Wordpress, Google analytics, Google ads, Facebook ads manager and LinkedIn campaigns
Working knowledge of ABM tools (ie: Demandbase, Terminus or the like)
