The Personal Loan Business Risk team is responsible for working with business partners to manage operational and compliance risk through the customer lifecycle.
This role manages and coordinates business level exams for regulatory, Audit and Compliance, oversees the business’ issue management process, and manages a team which supports specific business functions in day-to-day risk operations.
Coordinate reviews within the business for regulatory, Audit and Compliance.
Conduct risk and control assessments to ensure controls are appropriate for the risks.
Guide business in identification and tracking of operational risk events (OREs).
Coordinate tracking of open action plans across the business and ensure timely remediation.
Support new initiatives from a governance, control perspective and operational readiness.
Support monthly, business-level risk reporting.
Coaches and provides guidance to team members in a matrixed team structure.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Risk Management
8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance or Audit
In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance or Audit
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
Master’s Degree in Business or Risk Management
10+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance or Audit
