We have an exciting opportunity for an employee who is excellent with customers and interested in working in the cigar business. We are seeking a part time retail associate at our Nice Ash Cigars location in Warren, PA. Applicants must be available to work ever Saturday 9:45-4:15, every Sunday 9:45-2:15, Mondays 12-6. Tuesday hours may be available during peak seasons. Additional hours during week may be available if needed based on weekly needs.
Job requirements include - Retail sales and customer service. Phone customer service, Order fulfillment, Stock receiving, Cleaning, Organizing.
Applicant must possess the following characteristics:
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-Some computer skills are required. QuickBooks knowledge a plus.
-Reliable and independent
-Clean and organized
-Good multi-tasker
Cigar knowledge a plus but not required. Must be willing to be flexible and able to prioritize to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion. Must be able to work in a smoke friendly environment.
Possibility of pay increase after 90 day probation period based on performance and a review.
