ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Logistics PO and document storage processes: will work with the Logistics Team on PO process for storage and freight, will assist in putting shipping documents in storage and Teams, will assist in document retrieval for PODs and audits.
- Customer Service order change, document storage processes: work closely with the Customer Service Team to assist with opportunity and order changes in SF and SAP.
- Returns processes: Will assist in return order entry and reconciliation with return orders and inventory.
- Other duties as assigned
- On-site work required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required in Marketing, Finance, Computer science/Programing, Agriculture, Life Sciences
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Proven examples of customer collaboration and alignment. Proven examples of caring and respecting workforce.
- Exposure to Management Information Systems is Preferred like Excel, SAP, Sales Force, and others.
- Experience with Ag related Customer Service and logistics/shipping.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Able to travel to all domestic RiceTec locations and participate on sales functions.
