This incumbent is responsible for ensuring the quality of products throughout the full life-cycle of software development, including requirements and specification review, test planning, design, review, and execution. They are responsible for performing manual testing, as well as developing and executing automation testing.
Review and analyze system specifications; Write, refine, and execute test plans and procedures, including both manual test and automated test for company content management systems.
Make recommendations on acceptable risks in the application.
Assist support tickets and document defects, narrowing issues down to core problems.
Develop automated test scripts and execute Content Manager performance and penetration test
Perform other duties as requested
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3 + years of experience in Software & Data Quality Assurance.
Strong QA analytical skills and experience of web application validation
Basic of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
Working knowledge of web application and RESTful API
Working knowledge of automated test script and performance and penetration test tools
Effective communication skills and work well in a team environment
