Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Digital Sales Specialist to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. This person helps to develop, maintain and grow customer relationships for CoreSource Plus (our eBook distribution service) and helps to identify ways in which the program and clients (publishers and retailers) can succeed. They work with new retailers to manage them through the on-boarding process and act as primary liaison to provide continuous guidance to all CoreSource Plus retailers. In addition, this associate contributes to the development, growth, and maintenance of the CoreSource Plus service through active observation and feedback to the Manager, Digital Retail Sales.

Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience
3 years of experience in sales or customer management
Intermediate level experience with Excel, including pivot tables and V lookups
Maintains day-to-day account relationships with retailers, offering guidance, training, and tools from initial negotiation to on-boarding process and throughout business relationship (in person or via web).
Monitors, analyzes and synthesizes sales reports for information that can be used to grow the program. Uses past reports to project future sales.
Assists with the development, growth, and maintenance of the pipeline of potential accounts.
Identifies account growth opportunities with publisher and retailer customers, including confirming full engagement with, and understanding of, the tools and platforms used by those clients.
Manages and prioritizes the on-boarding process for retailers and works with Content Operations teams to ensure that retailers experience a timely integration, testing, and site launch.
Creates, communicates, and edits project plans and process documents for development work need to maximize publisher and retailer engagement.
Works with management to provide thorough reporting on sales, the pipeline and current customers to include current results against projections and growth opportunities with current and prospective clients, as well as other KPIs as identified.
