Database / Data Management:
Update and maintain database for all school and community partnerships.
Assist in the implementation of Tessitura with IT and other departments and provide ad-hoc database support and training to staff.
Liaise with program staff to ensure that all data is collected in order to measure overall impact.
Run statistical reports for other departments at Lincoln Center, including Marketing and Planning & Development.

Conference Coordination:
Process registrations for Lincoln Center’s Summer Forum professional development conference.
Communicate with public regarding workshop details and general inquiries.
Update and maintain the Summer Forum website and conference app.
Track all attendance and communicate with workshop participants as needed.
Provide additional administrative support, including the creation of name badges, tuition invoicing, payment processing, etc.

Payroll Support:
Work with LCE staff and teaching artists to confirm completed work, process invoices, and provide general support for processing payroll.

General Administrative Support:
Work with program staff and the accounting department to support the collection of payments for programs that include Meet The Artist, LCE’s school field trip program.
Create forms and surveys for data collection, feedback, etc.
Serve as main point of contact for general correspondence and inquiries, over phone, mail, and e-mail.
Provide additional support to Lincoln Center Education department as needed.

1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
Prior experience in event coordination a plus
Motivated by behind the scenes work
Previous experience with accounting and/or database management strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, and Office 365
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills required
Exceptional commitment to client service
Experience in the performing arts and/or arts education preferred; passion for arts education and arts access required
Ability to work extended hours as needed, particularly around large LCE events, like Summer Forum
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
