  • Collection on past due accounts.
  • Prepare and process certificates of insurance for customers and vendors.
  • Reconcile several vendor invoices against customer invoices to ensure accuracy on monthly basis.
  • Back up office staff answering phones and
  • Assist in the monthly invoicing and statement mailings.

Qualifications: We are looking for someone with an AS degree or working towards. Accounting and or Business preferred. Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Attention to detail is imperative as well as discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information. Background check and valid drivers license is required.

Schedule and Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday -- 8:00 am - 4:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour
