We are an independent insurance agency hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager, and we are excited to bring aboard an essential individual in contributing to the expansion of the Personal Lines department. This position offers remote work from home 2 days a week with every other Friday afternoon off.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Arizona Property & Casualty License
- Preferred minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Personal Lines Advisor, Personal Lines Producer, or Personal Lines Account Manager
- Efficient computer skills,
- Effective and friendly communication qualities, handling inbound/outbound phone calls and emails
- Time-management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well on a team, as well as individually
JOB DUTIES
- Policy change processing, such as vehicle and driver additions or removals, as well as relaying coverage options during these changes.
- Renewal reviews that include calculating premium increases/decreases, determining reasonings for premium increases at renewal, coverage recommendations and home update/remodel verifications.
- Auto, Homeowners, Landlord, Recreational Vehicle, Watercraft and Umbrella policy quoting, proposing, and issuing. Quoting will include reconciling CLUE reports, estimates through EZLynx, pulling MVRs, Insurance Score report running and completing property Replacement Cost Estimators.
- Billing inquires
- Policy cancellation and reinstatement transactions
- Agency management system (EPIC) data entry and downloads into AMS
